Asset Cloud supplies digital products. No physical shipping or courier delivery is involved, and no physical shipping charge applies.

After successful payment verification, eligible digital downloads are made available automatically through the order confirmation and customer account, where applicable. Delivery instructions or download links are also sent to the email address supplied at checkout. Payment verification delays can delay access; pending, failed or cancelled payments do not trigger delivery.

Please enter a valid email address and check your spam or junk folder if the delivery email does not arrive. If your payment is confirmed but access is unavailable, contact powerparentsbd@gmail.com or +8801560021773 with your order number. Our support channels are available 24/7. We will investigate delivery failures and resolve them under the Return & Refund Policy.

Any product-specific activation steps, download limits, link expiry or access duration will be stated on its product page. An internet connection and any compatible software described in the listing are required to use the purchased files. Products requiring manual delivery must show their actual delivery timeframe before purchase and must not be advertised as instant.
